Assist in creating and managing professional development plans, performance reviews, career pathways, training, mentorship programs, and other initiatives to foster employee growth. Administer and analyze benefits programs, recommending updates to align with industry standards and usage trends. Participate in health and safety committees and support workplace accommodations as needed. Drive the organization’s recruitment strategy, including job postings, candidate screening, offer preparation, onboarding, referral program promotion, and trend reporting. Engage in industry-related networking events to help identify top talent as needed.
