We're seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Representative to be part of our growing team! Our Agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service.
Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
• Review billing questions with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Education :

• High school or equivalent (Required)
