Job Description

Now hiring for Customer Service Representative. Spherion is currently has Customer Service Representative opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Customer Service Representative will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Customer Service Representative will support our customers in overseeing delivery activities, addressing challenges with customers and contractors. Mon thru Fri. Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Maintaining phone communications with clients and contracted couriers.
Assisting internal stakeholders with any delivery-related issues.
Answer phones and direct calls.
Handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing complaints.
Monitoring the progress of delivery routes.
Performing billing and data entry tasks.
Assigning delivery routes to couriers.
Ensuring unloading procedures for returning deliveries are completed at the end of each day.
Taking on additional tasks as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure while providing high-quality solutions for customers.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role focused on issue resolution and customer support.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
