**Job Requirements/Skills**
+ Be proficient in processing all payment options accurately, all loan services and loan documentation, system maintenance, issuance of checks, ability to download upgrades/enhancements/corrections.
+ Possess the ability to perform administrative functions as needed.
+ Be proficient on a ten key calculator and be thoroughly computer literate.
+ Understand and effectively carry out assigned duties with limited supervision.
+ Have the ability to constructively and objectively handle stressful situations and individuals.
+ Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrate organizational skills that ensure all functions are completed in a timely manner and that all report deadlines are met.
**Business Development**
+ Solicit current customer base through counter, telephone, and mail solicitations.
+ Develop new business through customer recommendations, competitor referrals, and the solicitation of former borrowers.
**Delinquency Control**
+ Work delinquent accounts as directed.
+ Collect past due accounts through written notices and phone calls as directed.
**Lending Functions**
+ Takes and investigates loan applications.
+ Prepares loan documents for closing.
+ Breaks down loan files.
+ Files loan files.
**Administrative Functions**
+ Have overall responsibility of the cash drawer and perform the majority of cash drawer functions.
+ Process counter payments.
+ Process, record, and make daily deposits.
+ Post mail payments.
+ Process deferments.
+ Process adjustment of terms.
+ Mail turndown notices.
+ Process paid-out loan papers.
+ Process due date changes.
+ File folders, notices, etc.
+ Mail letters.
+ Perform the daily backup on the operating system.
**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
