Our client is seeking a Call center associate to join their team. As a call center associates, you will be part of the call center team supporting customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will have communication, multi-tasking, technical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Salem, OR
Pay Range: $16.00-$18.00
What's the Job?
- Provide electronic product and application end users with operational and technical assistance.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers via telephone.
- ability to assess and respond to customers' needs.
- Determine call resolution and document calls appropriately.
What's Needed? - High School Diploma
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of help desk/ IT experience
- Ability to work between the hours of 5am - 7pm (40 hours total)
