What We're Looking For - High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Previous experience as a forklift operator
- Experience using RFT scanners required
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that requires 10-12 hour shifts while standing most of the time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds when performing job tasks
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator - Operate sit-down forklift to receive products from carriers and transport to storage areas
- Distribute and issue products efficiently across production areas
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory
- Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations
- Conduct equipment inspections before and after operational use to ensure safety and functionality
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all tasks
- Clean and maintain workstations, following all safety guidelines and company policies
- Monitor parts and materials inventory, replenishing bins as necessary for daily operations
- Operate material handling equipment, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers, to move materials safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
