Hiring: Customer Service Representative (on-site)
Industry: Manufacturing and Distribution of Industrial Part
Location: Fremont, CA
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, M-F
Pay: $25-$30, DOE
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Daily Tasks:
-Interact effectively with customers and provide assistance with product pricing, quotes, availability, and delivery timeline.
-Efficiently enter Sales Orders/RMAs into database, including new account set up.
-Coordinate documentation with customers including shipment tracking.
-Identity potential order issue, and communicate to customer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
-Maintain control of weekly backlog report and data entry of weekly orders and sales revenue.
-Convert incoming calls into sales cycles to the best abilities and provide necessary follow up to secure orders.
-Assist Admin team when requested to secure payments for past due product or services.
-Assist Receptionist as required, answer incoming calls during breaks or lunch time
Qualification:
Experience in sales/purchase order entry preferably in manufacturing and/or distribution
Excellent communication skills
Inside sales experiences is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, ERP experience is a plus
Personable disposition when interacting with employees and customers
Motivated to learn catalog product/Services with adequate knowledge to clearly convey
Technical aptitude for product support
