Job Description

We are looking for a team lead - Microsoft 365 (M365) who will report to the IT global service desk manager, and who’ll be tasked to oversee and manage our M365 team. As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for globally leading the deployment, administration, and support of M365 solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security at BRP.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the M365 team, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related services.
  • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of M365 environments.
  • Manage user accounts, licences, and permissions in compliance with company policies.
  • Lead M365-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on M365.
  • 5+ years of team supervisory experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
  • Build a team that can provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for M365 issues.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with M365 services and administration.
  • Stay updated with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units and other BRP regions worldwide to ensure M365 solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 tools.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive management.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required because of our globally located workforce and daily interface with leaders in countries that BRP operates in.
  • Passionate about coaching, training, and leading employees.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading IT projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
