- Extensive coaching, development, and organizational alignment at all levels—from the executive management team to on-the-floor

We are currently seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development (DBD) to add to our growing team. The high-level role and responsibilities of the DBD position are:
- Secure introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations
- Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD)
- Manage the VPBD’s calendar
- Update and maintain databases for your assigned scope
- Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies
- Expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Experienced with sales databases
- Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
- Highly responsible and accountable
- Very coachable
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Well organized and manages time efficiently
