DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Ten plus years on-site experience as a Lead Superintendent, including work on luxury condominiums (experience with branded condos is a plus)
• Proven ability to oversee construction operations ensuring timely, budget-friendly project execution while upholding high standards
• Skilled in construction practices, quality assurance, and safety measures
• Experience in inspecting operations for contract compliance and implementing quality control measures.
• Proficient in safety protocols and site inspections, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in mentoring field team 
• 30-hour OSHA certification is a plus

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $180,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
