Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Blow Molding)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in blow molding processes to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our blow molding equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills and experience in blow molding to contribute to our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on blow molding equipment, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Conduct troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, valves, sensors, and other fixtures related to blow molding processes.
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with setup groups to facilitate smooth equipment changeovers and tooling adjustments.
• Assist in operating basic machinery such as lathes, mills, and manual equipment as needed.
• Perform welding tasks for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, for preventive maintenance and project work as required.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in blow molding processes is essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulic systems, valves, sensors, and PLCs.
• Previous experience conducting preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in operating basic machinery and performing welding tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing maintenance priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in blow molding maintenance or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing blow molding equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
