We are currently searching for an experienced construction Superintendent for a Client located in the Boca Raton Florida area.
We desire candidates with commercial hospitality build experience. Preferably restaurant build experience. Knowledge of Procore software and the abilty to use it is also preferred. This will be a local position. Travel will be very minimal. This position is a direct hire position with full benefits offered.
You will be asked to work with a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and a Project Executive on each assigned project. Clear and concise communication is a must.
Responsibilities:

• Permitting
• ct as the face ot the company on all sites.
• Plan review
• Complete the floor layout with all subs involved in the project
• Schedule- Maintain the project schedule
• Constant supervision of all work being performed
• Maintain a 2 week look ahead plan
• Conduct weekly site meetings
• Quality control on all projects
• Equipment- maintain records of all our Clients equipment
• Conduct Safety meetings
• Final inspections
• Closeout each project
