Supports the sales team and their efforts of customer satisfaction inside and outside the facility. Personnel functioning in this role work closely with Sales employees, Shipping & Receiving and Manufacturing, so that customer satisfaction is achieved.nnPrincipal AccountabilitiesnnThe Customer Service Representative reports to the Technical Sales Manager and provides support to all other functional departments within the organization.nnPrimary responsibility includes, but is not limited to:nnEstablished as primary contact for incoming calls, potential new sales and follow-upnnMain contact for sales personnel and to be available to assist on an as needed basis for customer requests.nnData entry for all incoming work using software program for Sales order entries and work orders when needed.nnResponsible for generating Purchase orders when needed as well as updating blanket purchase order quantities, acknowledging receipt and confirmation of all other customer PO’snnRecord and monitor customer related weekly reports and providing documented and accurate paperwork to S&RnnKeeping track of Sales orders and purchase orders with customer file maintenancennCreating and updating Customer profile sheetsnnAbility to generate part ID and decon numbers, fill out paperwork, and incorporate changes in JobBossnnUpdate and create “picture spreadsheets” for kits and individual parts per customernnMonitor and upkeep of process notification forms (PNF) in logbook in the sales officennAble to assist sales with quotes and tracking information for the customer as requestednnReporting functions or mailing of general flyers or tracks to customers on an as needed basisnnAssist with Non-Conformance Reports as needednnEnsuring company policies and procedures are followed.nnKnowledge / Skills / ExperiencennMust have High School diploma or equivalent; Two (2) years of work experience in anncustomer service-related positionnnDiligence in following procedures, prioritizing, multiple tasks, and producing accurate, high quality, detailed results.nnWell-organized, self-starter able to work independently while promoting a team-environment.nnOutgoing personality with effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers alike.nnStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitynnStrong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite. Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred.nnMultilingual - Able to understand and communicate in English and Chinese is desired. Japanese and Spanish are also valuable.nnPay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)nnThe hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
