As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour , depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus ! You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms. QUALIFICATIONS
n- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
n- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
n- Removing old HVAC systems
n- Installing new HVAC systems
n- Performing routine maintenance
n- Training junior team members
n- Communicating with clients and customers
n- Ordering and maintaining equipment
n- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
n- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
n- Understanding refrigeration cycles
n- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
n- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
n- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
n
