Our client, a leader in commercial services, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Install Lead for their headquarters in Lititz, PA.
This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6:30am-7am start time and 45 hours a week with time and a half pay after 40.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair commercial HVAC units with precision and efficiency.
- Represent the company in customer businesses daily, showcasing a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Operate under minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Complete all jobs neatly, accurately, thoroughly, and promptly.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC install experience.
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth in the HVAC field.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and composing professional emails.
