Job Summary: Perform skilled mechanical maintenance in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment.
Job Responsibilities: - Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
- Ensure new/returning customers' concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
- Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
- Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
- Perform skilled maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and any other wiring system as needed.
- Submit customer invoices via company I Pad correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostic and all recommended repairs.
Job Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- HVAC Certified/EPA
- TDLR registered
- Clean driving record
- Time management skills
- Basic software understanding
- Self-motivation
Physical Work Requirements :
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
- Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur daily.
