What you'll do:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems, Build accurate repair quotes
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices for HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose HVAC systems
• Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
• Train junior team members
• Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
• Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs

Requirements:

• 2 years + HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Heavy lifting is a daily task. Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a daily basis
• Must be able to get in and out of attics and crawl spaces on a daily basis
