Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

Passavant Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community where residents can receive as little or as much care as they need.
nn
Provides assistance to professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to overall resident/patient needs.

Shift: Various shifts available, including rotating every other weekend.
