Facility Technician
Part Time, Up to 20 hours per week

Pay: $20.00- $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities
A Facility Technician/handyman/maintenance tech assists in maintaining a safe environment in compliance with applicable policies and regulations that enhances the patient, family and employee experience by performing routine and specific assignments.
Duties may include:

• General repairs and maintenance
• Completing various tasks, such as basic plumbing, electrical, and painting needs
• Performing monthly inspections
• Working with team to contact outside vendors for high level electrical, plumbing, or other maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current State Driver's License in good standing required.
• Previous experience in similar role preferred
• Ability to problem solve effectively
