We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. Pay: $17 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and provide information regarding legal settlements. Follow a script to ensure accurate and consistent responses to caller inquiries. Document call details into a tracking database. Make occasional outbound calls for follow-up purposes. Handle confidential information responsibly and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications: 1 year of call center or customer service experience; collections experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow scripts and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with sensitive information.
