DIRECT HIRE

PAY: $31.50/hour

OT - this person is eligible for paid OT (dependent on need) and will be paid 1.5x their hourly rate for any hours worked over 48 per week. Occasionally, there are OT hours available on Fridays.

SHIFT : 6P-6A, Monday-Thursday (14 openings)

BENEFITS : If hired before Dec 1, this person will be eligible for their ROA bonus, paid out 2 times per year. This is anywhere from 033.9% of their earnings in any given calendar year.

• The last new hire orientation to make these people eligible would be them starting on December 2.
• Profit sharing -- $0.10 of every dollar, before taxes.
• 401K program -- company will contribute up to 7% of your weekly compensation. The contribution is discretionary based on company performance and ranges from 5% - 25% and reported out annually.
• Tuition reimbursement - for employees, they'll reimburse $4K per year. For spouses of employees, $2K per year.
• PTO - 120 hours (3 weeks, after 6 months of employment). Doesn't increase until year 10. They get 1 personal day after 90 days of employment.

Job Title : Quality Inspector

Basic Job Functions:

The QC Inspector's principal duties include but are not limited to:

Verify and document that finished product has been manufactured in such a manner that meets the requirements of the customer specifications and AWS D1.1. The Inspector performs dimensional layout and visual weld inspections of all welds per the quality inspection procedures. Inspections are to be documented on the appropriate inspection forms. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within this company; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Experience in blueprint reading and layout.

2. Ability to achieve VT Level II or CWI certification

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Knowledge and experience with the manufacture of steel transmission/distribution monopole structures.

2. Knowledge and experience with weld inspection to the requirements of AWS D1.1

3. Goal oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.
