The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business analytics, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client businesses, including financial data, operational processes, and market trends to identify key areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop strategies to address business challenges.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to extract insights, create models, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Lead and contribute to the development of actionable recommendations and strategic plans to optimize performance and drive business results.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or consulting roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven expertise in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
