Are you looking to bring your business insights talents to an established leader in the life sciences? This organization is looking to add an experienced Business Analytics leader to help drive business insights and help partners better understand the commercial business trends. This individual will oversee the reporting and analytical team in the extraction, aggregation and quality assurance of data to commercial leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 comprised of data engineers and analyst, focused on providing key data isnights, leading to better inform decisions
• Create dashboards to monitor and measure the business with commercial and finance leadership to empower proactive actions
• Develop a clear data strategy with IT on how to procure the right kind of data, and how to mange the data on an ongoing basis to enhance the value of the data

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and influencing skills when relaying the data to KOLs and team members
• 10+ years experience in data analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence
• Strong quantitative and problem-soling skills with expertise in the tools of secondary data analysis and forecasting
• Experience of Salesforce & Salesforce reporting preferred but not required
• Technical competence in preforming advanced analytics including large dataset analysis using analytical tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel)
• This individual does not need to come from a life science or healthcare background
• This is a hybrid position, candidates must have the ability to come onsite 2 days to the Greater Boston office
