Senior Plant Human Resources Manager

Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus & Profit Sharing

We’re seeking a strategic HR leader for a large manufacturing facility (800+ employees). You’ll drive HR strategy, lead a top-notch team, and ensure a safe, non-union work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic direction as part of the senior management team
• Lead HR functions, including recruitment, leadership development, and employee engagement
• Promote safety (ISO 45001 certified) and maintain a non-union culture
• Manage a team of 5, including HR, EHS, and Nurse staff
• Oversee staffing, training, and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, HR or related field
• 8 + years of HR leadership in a large manufacturing setting
• Experience in industrial manufacturing (Aerospace, Automotive, etc.)
