Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Team Lead to oversee maintenance operations at an automotive supplier located in Duncan, SC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in two-shot plastic injection molding and strong automation and electrical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 15 maintenance technicians across three shifts.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in two-shot plastic injection molding.
• Strong background in automation and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday, starting around 7-8 AM and ending around 6-7 PM.
