Amotec is actively seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor for our client located south of the Reading, PA area. In this role, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all electrical, mechanical and preventative maintenance on 1st shift while ensuring all operations are following company standards. This position will pay a competitive base salary, quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for this position.

Maintenance Manager:

• Manage all downtime and uptime requirements
• Maintenance Resource Planning
• Hire and train all new maintenance employees
• Preventative and Predictive Maintenance system improvement
• Works as part of plant Safety Team to maintain a safe work environment and prevent injuries
• Manages plant Capital Expenditure budget and oversees project management activities

Qualifications:

• Prior Maintenance Supervision or Management experience with demonstrated effective leadership and team development skills
• 2+ years of Maintenance Supervision experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
