Title: Operational Buyer

Location: Vacaville, CA 95688 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

M-F onsite – 3 days/ week onsite

The Buyer will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the workload including but not limited to:

• Requesting quotations, negotiating pricing within the Delegation of Authority thresholds, ensuring the accuracy of the order, GL account, project number, relevant notes and requirements for the Purchase Order, and any related documentation.
• He / She is responsible for securing the best procurement solution (quality, price and timing), meeting the customer needs and aligning with the relevant Procurement Strategy led by the Category Buyers.
• Buyers also have the responsibility of managing disputes that may arise throughout the process.
• 3-5 Years Experience
