Junior Trademark Associate - New York or Philadelphia

Our client is an Am Law 100 firm, seeking a junior associate within JD class years 2022-2024 for its Intellectual Property Practice in New York or Philadelphia. The salary range for this position is between $210k to $245k, and may vary depending upon a range of factors.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience ideally in trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
• Experience before the TTAB and some litigation experience is ideal.
• Additional experience in copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, and privacy is preferred (not required).
• Excellent academic credentials are required.
• Strong communication, research, writing, and analytical skills; team focused.
• New York or Pennsylvania bar preferred.
