Inviting applications for the role of Operations Analyst.
Work Location – Cincinnati, Ohio
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining repair readiness level / benefit expected date status, general clean-up.
- Periodic updates to ensure data accuracy, completeness.
- Troubleshoot with IT support team in case of any system related issues.
- Support cross functional teams for any data anomaly driven by application
- In charge of establishing metric support and reporting utilizing digital tools, dashboards, and various communication resources
- Manage reporting weekly & monthly status reports of KPIs
- Responsible for overseeing and providing assistance with repair industrialization, manufacturing engineering, and basic troubleshooting processes. Ready to offer support wherever needed in these areas.
- Ensure accurate repair directories and shop submittals with repair shops and the marketing catalog team.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Aviation / Engineering.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong Business Acumen, Analytical capability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence customer and peers.
- Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $72,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity."
