Reports: to the Plant Manager

Specialty: Fresh-cut Produce Processing

Location: Minneapolis, MN. (new fresh-cut facility)

Compensation: Industry-leading base and bonus-based on experience and track record

Education: BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience

Experience: 5-plus years of demonstrated experience & success in the fresh produce (or other time and temperature sensitive fresh food manufacturing) distribution industry-retail and/or foodservice (fresh-cut produce experience the first to be considered).

Oversight of total plant Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Initiatives to include but not limited to: food safety, quality, production (some automation), warehousing, regulatory, EHS, KPI’s and all other mission-critical metrics.
