Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Kronos Consultant/Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, along with hands-on experience on Workforce Timekeeper, Advance Scheduling, Accruals, Pay Policies, Absence Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related technologies, ensuring successful configuration, integration, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with their workforce management objectives.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) configuration, including accrual configurations, timekeeping pay-policies, advance scheduling, and absence management.
- Develop custom reports, data views for reporting solutions and ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Kronos and related technologies, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies related to workforce management and integration.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant, with a strong focus on Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and related modules.
- Good Knowledge of Time management and HCM Process.
- Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Kronos building blocks, accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management.
- Proven expertise in developing data views, Genies, custom reports and hyper-finds.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos components.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have Kronos Workforce Dimensions Certification
- Strong understanding of HR Data and related systems.
