Overview :

The IT Business Systems Analyst will manage and integrate data across Oracle Agile PLM, SAP S/4HANA ERP, and SAP MES systems, ensuring seamless product lifecycle, resource planning, and manufacturing execution. This role ensures accuracy in data transfer, such as Product Master, BOMs, and ECOs, to support operational, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Management : Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Agile PLM, SAP S/4HANA ERP, and SAP MES for data synchronization and workflow management.

System Configuration : Configure Agile PLM for product data and change management, integrating with SAP systems using tools like Oracle SOA and SAP PI/PO.

Data Integrity & Compliance : Ensure data accuracy across systems, supporting regulatory standards (FDA, ISO) and product lifecycle data governance.

Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT and functional teams for effective integration troubleshooting.

Required Skills :

Agile PLM : Expertise in Oracle Agile PLM modules (Product Collaboration, Product Costing).

SAP ERP (S/4HANA) : Knowledge of modules like MM, PP, and QM with a strong grasp of SAP master data.

SAP MES : Familiarity with SAP MES for production data and real-time manufacturing execution.

Integration Skills : Proficiency in middleware and data formats (IDoc, BAPI) for integration workflows.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5-7+ years with Oracle Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA ERP, focusing on PLM-ERP-MES integrations. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive) is preferred.

Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications in Agile PLM, SAP ERP, or SAP MES are a plus.
