Job Description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Texas offices an international law firm in their search for a eDiscovery Project Manager. This position can be resident in the Dallas, Austin or Houston office. The successful candidate will provide support to the firm's eDiscovery Team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop training and programs for the eDiscovery team
  • Design and implement best practices for data management
  • Research, organize and disseminate materials regarding eDiscovery case law, best practices and industry trends.
  • Support administrative processes such as timekeeping and billing and invoicing
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Skills

  • Proven working experience as a project manager in litigation or eDiscovery in a corporate law department, law firm or eDiscovery vendor
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Extensive computer and database expertise, including Relativity experience.
  • Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA is a plus.
