The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking a Client Services Associate to join a close-knit team, where you'll take charge of office administration and client communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Gain valuable insights into financial and insurance planning.
- Organize and ensure readiness for each client engagement.
- Join client meetings, take notes, and track action items to maintain momentum.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-through on their needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred but not required.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a professional office setting.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially advanced Excel) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
