Job Description:
LHH is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
- Coordinate customer solutions and collaborate with operations departments to meet client needs.
- Prepare portfolio evaluations and presentations for clients.
- Conduct basic research to support brokers and customer inquiries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.

- At least 1 year of experience in a brokerage or financial services firm is preferred.
- A current NASD Series 7 license and Series 63 license are a plus.
