This role is ideal for an attorney with a deep understanding of the Virginia State and Federal Court processes and a background in consumer financial services litigation and government enforcement matters.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience : 4-6 years in general litigation, with extensive work in Virginia State and Federal Courts.
• Expertise : Strong knowledge of consumer financial services litigation and government enforcement.
• Skills : Excellent academic background with top-notch research, writing, and communication skills, plus experience in depositions and court hearings.
• Bar Admission : Active Virginia bar license required. Admission to the DC bar is encouraged but not required; candidates should be willing to pursue it through waiver.
