Job Title: Associate Attorney (Real Estate Finance)

Location: Manhattan, NY

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000

Our client, who are an AM-ranked & well-known law firm, are seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate with over 2 years of experience to join their team in their Manhattan office. The ideal applicants will have a strong background in lender representation, with a deep understanding of sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, and an aptitude for complex legal drafting.

What they need:

• J.D. Degree & admitted to practice law in NY (in good standing)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience dealing with Commercial Real Estate financing transactions
• Ability to commute into Manhattan a minimum of 4 days a week
• Prior Big-Law experience (desirable)
