Our client, a leading provider of home services based in Cumberland County, North Carolina, is seeking a passionate Warehouse Manager to oversee their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to optimize daily warehouse operations, drive process improvements, and build a high-performing team within a well-established company.
As a hands-on leader, you will manage inventory control, ensure timely replenishments, and maintain seamless warehouse functions. Your commitment to operational excellence, coaching, and team development will be crucial to the company’s continued success, ensuring the availability of essential supplies and equipment to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and timely truck replenishments.
- Manage serialized equipment for 100% stock visibility and availability.
- Coach and lead the team, holding regular one-on-one and L10 meetings to ensure accountability.
- Streamline processes to reduce technician wait times and supply delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials for field operations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3+ years in warehouse and logistics management.
- Proven success in inventory control, fleet management, and operations.
- Strong leadership with experience in team coaching and development.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and drive improvements.
- (Preferred) Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
Location:
Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role requires a strong presence in both Fayetteville and the Triangle area to oversee operations effectively.
Remuneration:
The package includes a base salary of $90,000, a 20% bonus, and unlimited PTO capped at five weeks total or two consecutive weeks.
