Job Summary:

The client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Defense Attorney for Newark, NJ. This position offers a hybrid work schedule , combining both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in state and federal court in Product Liability, Mass Tort, Tort litigation .
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the NJ and NY State Bar .
• 1+ years of experience in litigation law, preferably on the defense side.
