Job Title : Process Engineer
Location : Tarrytown, NY
Key Qualifications:
- Must-Have : Extensive experience with Autoclaves and Autoclave Sterilization , CTU , Temperature Mapping , Validation , Process Engineering (3+ years with autoclaves required).
Job Summary:
The Process Engineer will support validation efforts for new equipment and assist with recipe development for process readiness. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and writing protocols for recipe development
- Participating in cross-functional meetings
- Collaborating with vendors
- Working hands-on with equipment, thermocouples, and performing on-site tasks
Requirements:
- Process Engineering background
- Experience in recipe development
- Strong background in autoclave cycle development
- Manufacturing experience and familiarity with thermocouples
- Knowledge of aseptic processes
