DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is beneficial.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and CNC programs.
• At least three years of experience with Centerless Grinders.

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As the Grinder Machinist , you will be responsible for setting up and operating precision grinding machines to produce high-quality parts. This role involves working with advanced CNC grinding machines, such as Cincinnati, Royal Master, and Kellenberger and may include in-feed, thru-feed, O.D., and bar grinding processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Interpret technical documents such as blueprints and operation sheets to perform machining tasks.
• Set up machines independently, ensuring proper adjustments and tooling for optimal performance.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain equipment through routine maintenance and ensure the workspace remains organized.
• Accurately log production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
