Excellent opportunity for a leveraged finance lawyer who is seeking a move away from private practice. This is a fantastic option for lawyers who enjoy the subject matter of what they do, but would like to move away from deal execution/transaction management.

About the Role Content:

This is a non-legal position which would involve you in a range of plain English drafting, research, and analysis-based work. You would be joining an experienced team in a position that would require you to keep abreast of events and trends in the market, to analyse and comment on individual transactions, to provide market commentaries (both written and via webinars/podcasts), and to stay on top of any relevant regulatory or industry-standard developments.

• Our client is interested in leveraged finance lawyers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained within BigLaw.
• Ideally, your experience will include exposure to the large cap end of the market.
• Also of interest would be candidates who in addition to core leveraged finance expertise, have private credit experience.

Pay range and compensation package - Salary range of $235,000 to $300,000 plus discretionary bonus
