Hybrid position in Fremont
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review customer forecast and plan materials to support upcoming builds
- Work with engineering to manage and maintain accurate floorstock BOMs
- Track and process orders for equipment and supplies needed for manufacturing
- Manage vendor relationships and drive down material costs
- Summarize purchases into monthly / quarterly reports regarding stock levels by category and location
- Conduct regular review meetings with production to manage and control on hand inventory and aging
- Conduct risk assessments on supply trends, review and rebalance inventory
- Continuously improve procurement processes
- Document and maintain flowcharts of changes in process
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a procurement, program management, or supply chain role
- Proven ability to lead a cooperative effort among members of a team
- Must have good communication skills to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Solid background working in a fast-paced, change management environment formulating strategies and utilizing internal/external resources
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and resourceful
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- High volume reporting and data analysis experience
- Basic knowledge of server and cloud computing industry is preferred, but not required
