Job DescriptionElevator Worker - Reese, MIThis is a full-time, hourly position.Position PurposeThis position is responsible General Plant operations.Organizational RelationshipsThis position reports to the Facility Manager or Superintendent.Position Responsibilities & DutiesTotal commitment to safety, food safety, quality, yield & efficiency and productivity.Participate in Values Based Safety, Safety and Operations Programs, and Quality Assurance Programs.Loading, unloading railcars and trucksGeneral housekeeping duties and clean upMonitor inventoryEquipment operation oDocumentation of activities HACCP training for equipment operation, if applicable.Moving material - with bobcat, fork trucks etc.General maintenance, as needed.Documentation of activitiesWorking knowledge of all equipment, systems & processes as assigned.Maintaining necessary process documentation required for tracking production, quality, and equipment.Other duties as assigned.Employee agrees to comply with the following procedures.Food Safety and Quality Systems Food Defense Good Manufacturing PracticesHousekeeping Personal Hygiene Personal Safety DocumentationADM is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability and veteran status.
