• Part-time
• Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 5pm
• 1-2 week per month
• Some 24 hour call

• Number of Physicians/APPs in Department: 3 MD/5 APP, 3 partnering MD for call coverage
• Patient Population Mix: 98% Adult, 2% or less Pediatric
  • Pediatric patients could be transferred to a pediatric hospital if locums provider not comfortable managing treatment
• Clinic and inpatient
• Number of beds: 433
• Level I Trauma Center

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology
• Active IL License or IMLC
• BLS
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates - Highly Preferred
• Required Procedures: Acute assessment and medical and/or surgical treatment of general Urology patients and conditions, including but not limited to stone disease, testicular torsion, urologic trauma, urinary retention, hematuria, surgical complications, Fournier gangrene, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, stent placement or removal

Call

• Call is still a requirement from time to time (Q5)

Support Staff

• APRN support 7am-5pm
