  • Coverage Needed:
    • 24 hour call coverage
    • Aug :00 am Aug :00 am
    • Sept :00 am Sept :00 am
    • Sept :00 am Sept :00 am
    • Sept :00 am Oct :00 am

    • Oct :00 am Oct :00 am
    • Dec :00 am Dec :00 am

  • Clinical Information:
    • Patient Ages: Adult
    • On Call: Yes
    • Hotel/Beeper Call required to respond in person to those requests, not just phone calls
    • 500 bed hospital
    • In a 24 hour period, usually called in 2-5 hours
    • Call back requirement: 20 minute response time
    • Nursing Staff Support
    • eCW and Meditech
    • Daily patient volume: 28
  • Required:
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • Active VA License
    • 200 case logs in the last two years
    • BCLS, PALS
