Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
Identification of all territorial emergency response lines: Justification for each line and how they are used, responsibility of each (legislated, policy), websites and publicly available information around emergency lines;
Identification of existing infrastructure to support each emergency communications platform: Service providers, towers, phones/radios;
Identification of service contracts: Plans/contracts with service providers for each line, technical support for emergency lines;
Identification of outage response: Communication plans, backup systems in the event of an outage.
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
Comprehensive reporting on: Emergency systems in the territory, communications around emergency lines;
Making recommendations: Potential efficiencies, partnerships, infrastructure use (ex. RCMP towers for fire antennas);
Making public communications plans (ex. Websites) including when lines are down.
