LAW CLERK - DUTIES TO PERFORM Legal research Drafting and responding to discovery Drafting discovery motions and other briefs in State and Federal Court Taking and drafting class member declarations Interviewing clients, witnesses and others We are looking for applicants who are in their 1-L, 2-L, or 3-L of an ABA-Accredited Law school.
