Job Title: Credit Administrator Responsibilities - Assist collectors with their portfolios and manage severely past due accounts.
- Read and interpret contracts to understand billing and collections for each customer.
- Reach out to customers for payment and update invoice, credit, and account statuses in Cforia.
- Manage vague invoices, determine appropriate business units, and process payments correctly.
- Collaborate with accounts receivable and sales teams to reconcile accounts with partial or double payments.
- Communicate with clients to release orders, judge credit status, and update credit limits.
Essential Skills - Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or Statistics
Additional Skills & Qualifications - 1+ years of collection experience is acceptable even without credit experience, as the position is similar to a collection specialist.
