EHS Specialist (Natural Ingredients Manufacturing | $90K-$120K + 10% Bonus)

Key Responsibilities ?

• Lead hazardous waste and wastewater management programs
• Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring and environmental compliance activities
• Perform safety audits and incident investigations
• Manage emergency response equipment and procedures
• Lead new employee and contractor safety training programs
• Support EPA compliance initiatives (SPCC, NPDES, SWPPP)
• Facilitate Job Safety Analysis and Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews
• Serve as a key safety resource for manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or actively pursuing)
• 5+ years of SHE experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, SWPPP, SPCC, and RCRA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with industrial hygiene monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed
